Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator for the enterprise cybersecurity program in Memphis. You will coordinate governance, policy documentation, and executive reporting while supporting the CISO and cybersecurity leadership team.

Key duties include preparing board-level materials, managing calendars and tasks, coordinating training events, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, program coordination, project coordination, or departmental operations experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership or working within information technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, compliance, audit, or a regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity governance, leadership, committee, and strategic planning meetings.
• Assist with drafting and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and reports.
• Prepare executive, board, and regulatory presentations, dashboards, and communications.
• Manage departmental financial and administrative activities including budgets, invoices, and vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate cybersecurity assessments, tabletop exercises, audits, and third-party engagements.
