Richmond, VA *A Hybrid schedule of both Remote and In-Office days is required. In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with working hours targeting our core business hours of 9am-5pm EST.
As an IT team member, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve – now and in the future. In this role, you will support the governance and operational management of the cybersecurity program. Working closely with cybersecurity leaders and team members, you will help coordinate program activities, maintain reporting and metrics, support policy and regulatory processes, and contribute to the successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in developing program management, governance, and cybersecurity experience while helping drive operational excellence across the organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, governance, cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field.
National Range: $77,800 - $117,000 Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
