BCG Attorney Search is seeking a lawyers with 3-6 years of experience to join a Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity Team in Houston, TX. The role involves advising national and multinational clients on cybersecurity incidents, post-incident investigations, and advisory work including incident response tabletop exercises and risk assessments.

The candidate should have JD from an accredited law school and familiarity with privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, GLBA).

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in digital risk advisory or cybersecurity.
• Experience with cybersecurity incident response and regulatory inquiries.
• Familiarity with privacy and cybersecurity laws (CCPA, GDPR, GLBA).
• Am Law 100 experience preferred.
• Admission or eligibility for admission in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through cybersecurity incident responses and developments.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
