Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity incidents and regulatory inquiries.
• Familiarity with privacy and cybersecurity laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, GLBA).
• Three or more years of commercial litigation experience with an interest in cybersecurity.
• Admission or eligibility for admission in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through cybersecurity incident responses and subsequent developments.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management issues.
• Conduct incident response tabletop exercises and help build cybersecurity programs.
