Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join its Houston, TX team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action matters, including federal court litigation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.
• Familiarity with Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy statutes is a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision and manage workflow for larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.
• Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
