Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia, PA seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity team. You will advise clients on cybersecurity incidents, regulatory investigations, and support incident response and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate has commercial litigation experience with an interest in cybersecurity, familiarity with privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR), and excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with cybersecurity incident response and regulatory developments.
• Familiarity with privacy and cybersecurity laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, GLBA) is a plus.
• Am Law 100 experience preferred.
• Three or more years of commercial litigation experience with an interest in cybersecurity.
• Admission, or eligibility for admission, in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through cybersecurity incident responses and subsequent regulatory inquiries.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management issues.
• Engage in meaningful client interaction and assume substantial responsibility.
