Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Develop and manage account plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines and goals.
• Mentor and coach account coordinators and AE/SAEs to ensure strong performance.
• Lead internal and client meetings to drive campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to new business discussions.
