Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Cybersecurity PMO initiatives within the DAIS Business Operations umbrella. The role drives delivery of complex projects, balancing scope, schedule, and budget while managing cross-functional teams across product owners, vendors, and stakeholders.

The candidate will oversee agile and waterfall delivery, with experience in risk tracking, reporting, and post-project stabilization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience managing technology projects.
• Experience with technology professional service agreements and materials logistics.
• PMP Certification (PMI)
• CSM and/or SAFe Certification.
• Experience with Planisware, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Infrastructure and Application implementation, Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager, Senior leads the delivery of assigned projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance with broad scope and high complexity
• Manage the backlog of new features and capabilities required by the Product Owner in support of business objectives
• Organize and plan the execution of projects to implement priority features and capabilities from the product backlog
• Lead the development of sprints in support of project delivery
• Adapt to changing processes and execution requirements
• Lead programs and projects typically between $100,000 - $5,000,000
• Clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all members of the team
• Record, track, and communicate issues, risks, changes, and status reports within a PG&E
• Accurately and consistently forecast project resource, material, and contract costs within targets
• Drive all project related tasks to completion
• Organize, develop, and maintain up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans
• Monitor critical project milestones, and identify ways to resolve schedule issues
• Coordinate any required contract work within defined PG&E policy
• Assess project performance and implementing changes as necessary to ensure the projects
• Communicate status of all projects to stakeholders and management
• Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors
• Resolve problems of project specific scope within procedural guidelines
• Prepare all project documentation for closure, storage, and possible auditing activities, ensuring accurate records.
