Job summary

Link Snacks is actively seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to join our Global IT organization in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead the development, configuration, and automation of enterprise cybersecurity platforms, focusing on Defender, Purview, cloud security, and IAM.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to mature security controls across cloud, endpoint, and data protection environments, delivering scalable, measurable solutions with strong documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of Defender capabilities.
• Design, implement, and mature Purview capabilities for data protection and governance.
• Engineer cloud security controls across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Lead identity and access management engineering activities (Entra ID, AD, CA, access reviews).
• Develop automation and integrations to improve platform reliability and consistency across environments.
• Partner with security operations, MDR, SIEM, and OT teams to integrate platforms into workflows.
• Create and maintain standards, runbooks, and audit-ready evidence for compliance.
