Link Snacks is hiring a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to lead the build-out, configuration, automation, and enhancement of enterprise cybersecurity platforms within the Global IT organization. The role focuses on Microsoft Defender, Purview, cloud security, and IAM, maturing controls across global environments.

The onsite position based in Minneapolis, MN offers a salary range of USD 115,000 - 130,000 per year, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience engineering, administering, or improving cybersecurity platforms across Microsoft security, cloud security, IAM, data protection, or security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, administration, and continuous improvement for Defender capabilities across multiple products.
• Design, implement, and mature Purview capabilities for data protection and governance.
• Engineer cloud security controls for Azure and M365 environments, including baselines and posture management.
• Own IAM engineering activities across Entra ID and Active Directory, including Conditional Access and access reviews.
• Develop automation, scripts, integrations, and repeatable processes to improve platform reliability globally.
• Partner with security operations, MDR, SIEM, and other teams to integrate platforms into workflows.
• Create and maintain platform standards, runbooks, and regulatory evidence.
• Define and report platform health and security metrics for leadership.
• Evaluate emerging security capabilities and roadmaps to strengthen posture.
