Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat detection or related MSSP work.
• 5+ years in leadership/management or customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years with CrowdStrike Falcon technologies and related products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational governance and service delivery for CrowdStrike services.
• Lead implementation and onboarding of CrowdStrike services.
• Coordinate incident response and remediation efforts across client environments.
• Maintain executive dashboards, RAID logs, and service reviews.
• Ensure action items are tracked and resolved with client teams.
