INNOVIM is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Controller to support DoD missions by ensuring the health, stability, and continuous operation of critical IT security infrastructure across complex environments.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, incident response, and coordination with system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and government stakeholders, with a day shift and on-site requirements at Schriever Space Force Base, CO or Redstone Arsenal, AL. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of general (full-time) work experience, may be reduced with advanced education.
• 4+ years of directly related IT operations experience (NCC/EOC).
• 6+ months in a management/leadership role.
• ITIL framework knowledge across incident, problem, change, and release management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for operational security activities, monitoring, and change management.
• Monitor enterprise operations for system health, availability, and performance.
• Coordinate real-time responses to outages, incidents, and service degradations; ensure escalation and resolution.
• Lead incident and problem management activities including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Track and document service interruptions (ASIs) and maintain operational logs.
• Provide 24/7 mission support during shift-based operations.
