Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Cybersecurity Supervisor to lead our cybersecurity program and coordinate with internal teams and external providers. You will oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Digital Technology, OT, Risk & Controls, and business stakeholders, with on-call support for a 24x7 global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology, business, or related field.
• Five years of cybersecurity or related experience.
• Experience across hybrid cloud, SaaS, endpoint, network, identity, and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Charter Manufacturing’s cybersecurity program.
• Supervise cybersecurity personnel and coordinate with MSSPs/MDR providers.
• Lead security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.
• Oversee security tooling and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.
