Job summary

Cactus Companies is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager in Houston to lead and actively contribute to cybersecurity operations, incident response, and governance across the enterprise. You will guide a team, manage external providers, and drive the security roadmap with practical, hands-on involvement when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security, CS, IT, or engineering.
8+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or related technical discipline.
3+ years leading cybersecurity personnel, teams, vendors, or programs.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation.
Oversee security technologies, controls across endpoints, identity, cloud, network, and data environments.
