Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading cybersecurity teams, projects, vendors, or programs.
• Experience with cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and data security initiatives.
• Experience overseeing security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk remediation.
• Ability to align security programs with business objectives and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, security engineering, incident response, and remediation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute the cybersecurity roadmap.
• Oversee governance activities, policy implementation, and audit support.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive technology or service improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and prioritization while remaining technically hands-on when needed.
