Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Cybersecurity Focused Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day execution of defense cyber operations, threat intelligence, and red/blue activities aligned with strategic direction from the Chief of TCS Cyber. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and strong leadership for coordinating multiple teams.

The position reports to the Branch Chief of Defensive Cyber Operations and partners with NGA programs, customers, and internal stakeholders to mature processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering or IT-related discipline with 8+ years in cybersecurity.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Experience briefing executive audiences and leading teams for ≥3 years.
• Knowledge of complex enterprise cybersecurity systems and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Cyber Focused Operations and related teams.
• Coordinate Threat Intelligence, Hunt, Adversarial Emulations, and Defensive countermeasures.
• Mature workflows into a unified Fusion Cell with SOC integration.
• Support design, development, and sustainment of cybersecurity services for NGA programs.
• Research and analyze solutions for modernization in partnership with stakeholders.
• Monitor staff performance and morale and advise leadership on actions.
