Job summary

CACI International Inc in Springfield, VA is seeking a Cybersecurity Focused Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day cyber operations, threat intel coordination, and defense capabilities across NGA programs. Reporting to the Branch Chief of Defensive Cyber Operations, you will guide teams, mature processes, and align tactical activities with strategic direction, communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and experience in threat hunting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering, or IT-related field.
• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph.
• 3+ years as a functional manager or team lead.
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity systems and architecture.
• Ability to brief executive audiences clearly.
• IAT III and CSSP Analyst certifications per DoD 8140/8570.
• Knowledge of SOC-CMM, C2M2, or equivalents.
• Understanding of mapping MITRE ATT&CK to defensive countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Execute the mission by coordinating Threat Intelligence, Hunt, Adversarial Emulations, and Defensive Countermeasures.
• Mature and integrate capabilities into a unified workflow or Fusion Cell.
• Work with SOC Lead to define workflows within the Fusion Cell.
• Assist leadership with design, development, and sustainment of cybersecurity services for NGA Programs and Enterprise.
• Conduct research and analysis for solution design and modernization of cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor staff performance and morale, and advise leadership on actions.
• Provide guidance to lower-level staff as needed.
• Evaluate new concepts and technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
