Job summary

CACI is seeking a Cybersecurity Focused Operations Lead to manage and mature cyber defense capabilities across NGA programs. You will coordinate threat intel, hunting, red/blue team activities, and defensive countermeasures, reporting to the Branch Chief of Defensive Cyber Operations.

You’ll work with leadership to prioritize resources, guide staff, and drive an integrated Fusion Cell workflow while ensuring security controls and mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years in cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Leadership experience as functional manager or team lead for ≥3 years.
• Knowledge of complex enterprise cybersecurity systems and architectures.
• Experience briefing executive audiences.
• Certifications: DoD 8140.01/8570.01-M IAT III and CSSP Analyst.
• Understanding of SOC-CMM, C2M2, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Threat Intelligence, Hunt, Adversarial Emulations, and Defensive Countermeasures development.
• Mature and integrate capabilities into a unified Fusion Cell workflow.
• Collaborate with SOC Lead to define workflows and integrations.
• Support design, development, and sustainment of cybersecurity services for NGA programs and enterprise.
• Conduct research and analysis for solution design and modernization efforts.
