Job summary

Everforth ECS in Washington, DC is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead Endpoint Management and Threat Intelligence, driving proactive defense and measurable outcomes across the security program.

You will partner with executive leadership to set risk thresholds, translate complex findings into actionable guidance, and steer incident response, threat intel, and security metrics for the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations teams in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear organizational guidance for executives.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security and threat intelligence operations.
• Experience with incident response and exercise planning.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership to identify and communicate enterprise risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead two security teams: Endpoint Management and Threat Intelligence.
• Define acceptable risk thresholds with executives.
• Develop and track operational metrics for endpoints.
• Produce actionable intelligence briefs for technical and executive teams.
• Plan and execute multi-month security projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across IT and security.
