Job summary

Durham Technical Community College seeks an Instructor for Cybersecurity, Networking & Support in the Information Technologies Program. You will teach credit and non-credit Cybersecurity, Networking, and Support courses, plan and evaluate instruction, and advise students during registration.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Dean and faculty to coordinate curricula, maintain course outlines, and ensure alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology or a related field, or three years of IT work experience.
• One year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach credit and non-credit Cybersecurity, Networking, and Support courses as determined by staffing plans and program needs.
• Prepare objectives, assignments, and syllabi for each class and maintain accurate records.
• Provide academic advisement during registration and assist in program coordination and evaluations.
• Work with the Assistant Dean and program faculty to plan, implement, and evaluate instruction.
