Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, CIS or related discipline from a accredited institution.
• Attainment of professional certification within 1 calendar year of hiring (Security+ or higher).
• Experience with technology in lecture and lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Teaches assigned Cybersecurity, Networking, and CIS courses and labs; maintains instructional standards and office hours.
• Develops new courses and curriculum; updates outlines, labs and materials.
• Implements program improvements and aligns with industry trends.
• Maintains hardware/software for course deployment and troubleshooting.
• Participates in scheduling, committee work, and student organization advisement.
• Supports recruitment with partnerships and sustainable models.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
