CNM Central New Mexico Community College seeks a full-time cybersecurity faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction and contribute to program outcomes. You will design curricula, mentor students, and collaborate with colleagues to advance teaching and learning across the college community.

The role requires a Master's or higher in a related field, with strong emphasis on cryptography and encryption. Experience teaching online and at the community college level is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in CIS/CS/Engineering/Applied Mathematics - Cryptography or closely related field.
• Bachelor's in CIS/CS/Engineering/Applied Mathematics - Cryptography with current industry certifications related to encryption and 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach, grade, and assess courses in assigned subjects.
• Create a quality learning environment for diverse learners, including students with disabilities.
• Structure classes to align with program and course outcomes and update curriculum to stay current.
• Incorporate current technology in teaching and utilize instructional materials.
• Maintain student records and participate in department and college meetings.
