Position Purpose: Protecting what matters most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats. The IoT/OT Cybersecurity Manager reports to the Cybersecurity Sr Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational excellence of the IoT/OT Security team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable Secure from the Start/Secure by Design solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure teams provide actionable, timely, and relevant information.
• Assess, develop, implement, and maintain strategies to mitigate security risks through risk assessments and support the Threat Exposure Management program.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports and other leaders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in IoT/OT Security.
• Oversee the quality of Engineering solutions.
• Support stakeholders inside and outside of cybersecurity.
• Design the tactical and strategic roadmaps in support of the organization’s multi-year vision and Threat Exposure Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience building IoT/OT teams in Cybersecurity, with expertise in Threat Exposure and Vulnerability Management.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity and OT security, including SCADA, ICS, and IoT environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring against cyber-attacks on IoT and OT devices and systems.
• Strong understanding of OT environments, cybersecurity frameworks, and security technologies.
• Experience with Passive Network Detection technology.
• Leadership experience managing remote technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are a plus.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.

Additional Information:

• This role typically reports to a Sr. Manager or Director and has 4-6 direct reports.
• Travel less than 10% overnight.
• Work in a comfortable indoor environment.
