Job description

Position Purpose:
Protecting what matters most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats. TheIoT/OT Cybersecurity Manager reports to the Cybersecurity Sr Manager.
This people leader will oversee the operational excellence ofthe IoT/OT Security team
PreferredQualifications:
Experienced inbuildingIoT (Internet of Things) / OT (Operational Technology)teams in Cybersecurity.Experience inThreat ExposureManagement,andVulnerability Management.
Expertisein performing Risk Ranking of critical assets and IoT/OT Solutions.
Proficiencyincybersecurity and/or OT security, with a focus on SCADA, ICS, Internet of Things (IOT) and other OT environments.
Knowledge of monitoring against cyber-attacks onIOT and OT devices and systems.
Candidates shouldpossessstrong knowledge ofOT environments,cybersecurity frameworks,and security technologies.
Experience with Passive Network Detection technology.
Managing a diverse team of remote technical resources.

Collaborate cross functionallyto enable Secure from the Start/Secure by Design solutions.
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure that teams are providing actionable,timely, and relevant information to the organization.
Asses, develop,implementandmaintainstrategies tocontrol or mitigatesecurity risk across the enterprise throughriskassessments and supportthe Threat Exposure Management program.
Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports and other leaders.
Act as a subject matter expert inIoT/OT Security
Oversee the quality ofEngineering solutions.
Support stakeholdersinside ofand outside of cybersecurity.
Design the Tactical and Strategic roadmaps in support of the multi-year vision of the organization andThreat Exposure Management.

This position has4–6Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnighttravelless than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there isfrequentopportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legallypermittedto work in the United States.
Minimum Education:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typicallyacquiredthrough the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Preferred Education:
Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity,relatedfieldor equivalent experience.
Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA

Preferred Years of Work Experience:
8-10 years of work experience

Preferred Leadership Experience:
4+ years ofpreviousleadership experience
