Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations, data protection, HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, HCISPP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across domains.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness against regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, ISO).
• Support integrated assessments linking cybersecurity to business resilience.
• Advise clients on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and programs.
• Lead or support program execution, metrics, and issue remediation.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery.
