Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager in the Fort Wayne area to lead the cybersecurity work center and oversee enterprise security operations. The role requires DoD RMF and ZTRA experience, and leadership of incident response and policy development.

Qualifications

• Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• One of CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certifications is required.
• MS/MA Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in the last ten performing security design, testing, and implementation of integrated networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management oversight to the cybersecurity work center.
• Ensure professional delivery of quality services and timely responses to requests.
• Lead audits of computer systems for secure operations and risk mitigation.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures; ensure enterprise compliance.
• Oversee system security posture assessments and risk evaluations.
• Evaluate complex security systems using best practices to safeguard data.
• Oversee development of cybersecurity training materials and awareness programs.
• Review security requirements and ensure compliance with STIGs and RMF requirements.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Respond to complex cybersecurity inquiries from stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
