Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Lead to oversee and design defense for the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Management) - IT Division. You will drive proactive threat defense, incident management, and ensure FISMA compliance across the department.

In this role, you will lead RMF artifacts, apply STIGs, manage vulnerability programs, and guide cross-functional teams within the NCR area, with duties centered on government contract requirements and security operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity operations and threat analysis experience.
• CISSP credential required.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, federal compliance standards, SIEM technologies, and incident response runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical and strategic leadership to cybersecurity operations and monitoring teams.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning, asset testing, incident handling, and remediation schedules.
• Lead the compilation and upkeep of RMF artifacts to sustain and capture agency ATOs.
• Apply DISA STIGs across silos to establish strong infrastructure baselines.
