Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity efforts within DevSecOps and software factory environments.
• Ability to coordinate governance, risk management, and authorization requirements.
• Experience with cloud migration and security engineering alignment.
• Ability to liaison with J6 and Security Operations Center teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronizes program-management and security-engineering activities with transformation priorities.
• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk-management, authorization, and continuous-monitoring.
• Coordinate with J6 to integrate SOC processes and certificate-to-field.
• Serve as S/AI SME and develop AI agents for technical leads and ISSMs.
• Integrate S/AI into daily workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and accelerate analysis.
• Provide guidance and develop workforce capabilities across cybersecurity and cloud migration.
