Hydrogen Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cybersecurity projects onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This 12-month contract role requires strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills to deliver within scope, time, and budget.

You will oversee planning, execution, risk mitigation, and quality assurance, coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in IT project management, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, assess risks, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans to address changing priorities or project requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide direction and oversight to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, contractors, and external consultants.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to support team effectiveness.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain alignment between project objectives, business requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely resolution of issues that could impact delivery.
• Coordinate decision-making and ensure project updates are communicated to relevant parties.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards and business requirements are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using established procedures and best practices.
• Track project issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure project activities align with internal policies, security requirements, and applicable industry standards.
