Job summary

CGVantage is a fast-growing cybersecurity and compliance services firm delivering SOC, ISO, PCI, and HITRUST programs. We seek a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver client engagements in a regulated professional services setting.

You'll collaborate with delivery teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on time, within scope, and financially sound, while managing risks and communications across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of project management in a professional services, consulting, or technical delivery environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
• Working knowledge of professional services delivery fundamentals (scope, utilization, forecasting, margin).
• Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-driven contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Drive day-to-day execution, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align to contracted scope.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Serve as the primary project-level point of contact for clients and manage expectations.
