Job summary

Cybersecurity Jobs is seeking a Project Manager for Cybersecurity Initiatives in Robinson Township, PA to coordinate concurrent security programs and provide visibility into timelines, risks, and decisions. The role supports HITRUST readiness, IAM/PAM development, and a Fortinet-to-Proofpoint migration in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, including competing priorities and shared resources.
• Familiarity with security compliance initiatives, audit readiness, or certification programs; HITRUST certification support experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of IAM and PAM concepts, implementations, or program development.
• Experience managing security technology implementations, migrations, or vendor transitions.
• Strong communication, organization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain momentum, and bring structure to projects in evolving technical environments.
• Ability to work a schedule aligned with Eastern Time (EST/ET).

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent cybersecurity initiatives.
• Coordinate activities supporting HITRUST certification readiness, documenting remediation efforts and outstanding requirements.
• Oversee IAM and PAM program development, enabling teams to manage implementation activities and milestones.
• Drive execution for the Fortinet to Proofpoint transition, coordinating stakeholders and technical deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, risks, blockers, and decisions across cybersecurity teams and leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies early to support prioritization and issue resolution.
• Establish practical project tracking and reporting practices to improve visibility without excessive process overhead.
• Keep multiple workstreams organized and moving forward amid changing security priorities.
