Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join a top client in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The role leads a cybersecurity compliance program within a regulated enterprise IT environment, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery readiness and governance across time zones. You will oversee PMO functions, risk, RAID, and audit readiness, report to executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven program/project/PMO leadership within complex IT environments.
• Experience managing senior customer stakeholders and delivering governance updates.
• Hands-on with RAID, change control, dependencies, and delivery assurance.
• Experience preparing for audits, reviews, or formal certification activities.
• Proficient with delivery and reporting tools listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide US-based program leadership and PMO oversight for CMMC-related delivery.
• Drive governance routines including RAID, dependencies, change control, and exec updates.
• Lead audit readiness activities, readiness assessments, and documentation quality.
• Manage resource planning and capacity forecasting across projects and service priorities.
• Maintain stakeholder communication through governance packs and status reports.
