Job summary

Jobgether seeks a seasoned cybersecurity project manager to lead IAM, data protection, and cloud security initiatives across multiple engagements. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management in cybersecurity or IT environments.
• Experience managing IAM or data security projects with tech teams.
• Understanding of the cybersecurity delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CNAPP, CWPP, and DSPM concepts.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity security basics.
• Knowledge of IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, RBAC, SoD and secrets management.
• Experience with data discovery, labeling, DLP, retention, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PM credentials (PMP/CSM/ITIL) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation through handover.
• Lead IAM, identity governance, PAM, and data security initiatives.
• Define objectives, milestones, roles, and governance for engagements.
• Coordinate consultants, engineers, client stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage RAID, change control, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and service estimates with financial reporting.
• Facilitate governance: kickoff, status reviews, risk discussions, sign-offs.
• Produce executive status reports and customer-facing docs.
• Align delivery with security controls, testing, cutover, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure delivery follows standards, evidence collection, and quality gates.
• Manage multiple engagements across teams while balancing scope and risk.
• Support team performance and drive continuous improvement.
