Job summary

Oxfam America is seeking a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Manager to lead security, stability, and scalability of IT systems across a hybrid workforce. You will coordinate with our MSSP, oversee incident response, firewall and endpoint protections, and supervise helpdesk operations and office AV/IT assets.

The role requires strong governance of security policies, risk management, and collaboration with global IT teams on infrastructure initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles, including team and vendor management.
• Proficiency with networking principles, firewalls (Meraki), endpoint protection, cloud services (O365, Azure), and device management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and risk management efforts including incident response and vulnerability management.
• Oversee on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, including networks, servers, backups, and patch management.
• Manage helpdesk operations and AV/conference room technologies for hybrid meetings.
• Procure IT hardware/software for new hires and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure initiatives and compliance.
