Job summary

Oxfam America is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure to oversee day-to-day IT operations, security, and resilience across on-site and cloud environments. You will coordinate with the MSSP, lead incident response, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

The role demands managing backup/disaster recovery, patching, and asset inventories, while guiding a hybrid workforce across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud services (O365, Azure), and device management (Intune).
• Proficient in security operations including incident response and vulnerability management.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow) for incident tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with the MSSP to monitor and resolve cybersecurity threats.
• Lead incident response with senior TIM leadership and CISO involvement.
• Maintain security policies, standards, and data privacy guidelines.
• Manage security infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and DR planning for on-site and cloud.
