Job summary

MITRE seeks an cybersecurity intern to apply foundational knowledge to real-world challenges across national security, cybersecurity, health, transportation, and citizen services.

You will collaborate with experienced professionals in areas such as adversary emulation, cyber forensics, threat intelligence, OT security, and cyber policy development, with on-site work 3 days a week and opportunities for future roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing an accredited degree program in cybersecurity, information security, or related disciplines.
• Must continue to be enrolled the semester following the internship.
• Foundational knowledge in cybersecurity and/or information security methodologies, frameworks, tools and/or programming languages.
• Sustained excellence in academic performance.
• On-site requirement of at least 3 days per week.
