Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks an entry-level liaison between partners, customers, and our Security Operations Center (SOC). You will deliver exceptional support for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM inquiries, translating complex SOC data into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role acting as intermediary between partners/customers and the SOC team.
• Strong written and verbal communication essential for partner interactions.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM questions.
• Explain SOC concepts, log data, and product behavior in an understandable way to partners.
• Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, document decisions and next steps.
• Coordinate with Product Support, SOC, and internal teams to clarify detection coverage and data gaps.
• Troubleshoot product issues and assist with product-related requests as needed.
