The position emphasizes incident response coordination, regulatory analysis, and project management, with opportunities to work across legal and technical teams and to advise on breach notification timelines and evolving AI security considerations.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity incident response or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to security incidents with legal, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze breach notification laws and advise on obligations and timelines.
• Advise on security aspects of corporate transactions.
• Direct forensic investigations and liaise with vendors.
• Manage regulatory reporting obligations and litigation holds.
• Draft and review incident-related communications.
• Conduct data impact assessments and support post-incident remediation.
• Develop and refine incident response workflows and procedures.
• Integrate technology, including AI, into legal practice.
• Improve client-facing solutions and share regulatory insights.
