Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited institution.
• Admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of cybersecurity incident response or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with breach notification laws and incident response processes.
• Interest in legal technology and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to security incidents across stakeholders.
• Analyze breach notification laws and advise on obligations and timelines.
• Advise on security aspects of corporate transactions.
• Direct forensic investigations and liaise with vendors.
• Manage regulatory reporting obligations and litigation holds.
• Draft and review incident-related communications.
• Conduct data impact assessments and support post-incident remediation.
• Develop and refine incident response workflows and procedures.
• Integrate technology, including AI, into legal practice.
• Improve client-facing solutions and knowledge libraries.
