Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Team Lead to supervise Enterprise Security Operations Center teams and oversee monitoring of networks across geographically dispersed locations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams through complex cybersecurity challenges.

You will lead and manage cybersecurity engineering teams, direct incident response activities, and maintain proficiency in IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM, and log analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity with supervision of ESOC teams across multiple locations.
• Experience with IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM, log analysis, and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity/IT/CS; CISM or CEH certification.
