Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Team Lead to supervise multiple Enterprise Security Operations Center teams and oversee monitoring of unclassified and classified networks across dispersed locations. You will lead incident response, guide engineering work, and ensure clear communication with IT and business stakeholders.

The role requires a TS clearance, 7+ years in cybersecurity, and a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/IT/CS.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supervising Enterprise Security Operations Center teams and monitoring multiple unclassified and classified networks across geographically dispersed locations.
Experience with IDS/IPS, Firewalls, SIEM, Log Analysis, and Incident Response.
Top Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT/CS or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cybersecurity engineering teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient operations.
Oversee incident response activities, including detection, analysis, and remediation of security incidents.
Maintain proficiency in cybersecurity technologies such as IDS/IPS, Firewalls, SIEM, Log Analysis, and Incident Response.
Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure comprehensive security coverage and effective communication.
Apply post‑incident analysis techniques and root‑cause remediation planning to improve security posture.
Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure activities align with policies and mission objectives, including access to classified information.
