Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of supervision across ESOC teams over multiple locations.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of supervision across ESOC teams over multiple locations.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a robust SOC strategy and ESOC roadmap.
• Design and sustain an ESOC governance framework for risk oversight.
• Direct ESOC operations and drive continuous improvement and metrics.
• Evaluate ESOC processes and drive security maturity across the organization.
