Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Cloud security experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or GDPR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery.
• Work with leadership and technical teams to manage security risks, issues, and priorities.
• Support SOC operations, threat monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Develop and improve security processes, governance, and compliance practices.
• Help protect sensitive data through secure communication and cybersecurity controls.
• Track security performance, KPIs, and compliance and provide updates to leadership.
• Mentor team members and help drive continuous improvement.
