Qualifications

• Associate Degree (or equivalent) in information security, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Two (2) or more years of direct Cybersecurity experience preferably as a cybersecurity engineer or similar role maintaining cybersecurity safeguards at a financial institution.
• Certifications such as GIAC and CompTIA Security+ are preferred or relevant.

Responsibilities

• Monitor logs and reports of in-place devices and interpret activity for leadership.
• Respond to tickets and participate in on-call rotation.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.
• Assist in incident response planning and investigations.
• Maintain operational configurations of security solutions per baselines.
