Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a cybersecurity professional to protect enterprise systems and data, manage incidents, and guide vulnerability management efforts.

You will configure and monitor security tools, participate in policy development, and support cloud security across environments. The role requires hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, data protection, and threat mitigation, plus professional cloud certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of cybersecurity analysis experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification (on hire or within 12 months).
• Intermediate level cloud certification required (AWS/Azure) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Protect systems and data from theft, misuse, breach, and compromise.
• Assist in security incident investigation including incident response and forensics.
• Configure and validate security appliances (firewalls, filters, proxies, anti‑malware).
• Monitor cloud environments including IAM, logging, and telemetry collection.
• Mentor staff and help establish best practices in cybersecurity.
