Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Information Security team in the U.S. You will design, implement, and continually improve security technologies and processes that protect users, systems, applications, and data.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of security engineering experience, hands-on with SIEM/EDR and cloud security, and familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. We offer ownership culture and enterprise-scale opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of cybersecurity or security engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with listed security technologies.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize security platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Proofpoint, ThreatLocker, Zscaler, and MDR services.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure security initiatives.
• Administer identity and access controls, including MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Develop security standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen security posture and compliance.
