Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineering to build and maintain information security tooling and infrastructure across endpoints, on-prem, cloud, or containers.

You will join a service-delivery team, perform root-cause analysis, and develop automation tools to support security operations. You will collaborate with developers, operations, Incident Response, GRC, Red Team, and other teams, mentoring staff and participating in weekly on-call rotations to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant Engineering or Information Security experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cloud and container technologies.
• Ability to work in a service-oriented team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, planning, and implementing information security solutions.
• Tune and design systems infrastructure for security enhancements.
• Automate manual tasks using scripting and app development.
• Investigate and adopt new security technologies/tools as needed.
• Evaluate, test, and integrate new security controls and tools.
• Provide technical analysis and resolve problems; propose solutions.
• Coordinate with developers, operations staff, IR, GRC, and others.
• Educate and mentor team members and operations staff.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.
