Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to create and maintain security tooling and infrastructure across endpoints, on-prem, cloud, or containers. You will collaborate in a service-oriented IS team, perform root cause analysis, and develop automation to streamline operations.

Key responsibilities include designing security solutions, tuning infrastructure, and mentoring staff. You will participate in weekly on-call rotations and coordinate with multiple IT and security

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant Engineering or Information Security experience.
• Experience with cloud and container technologies.
• Ability to work in a service-oriented team environment.
• Strong analytics and problem solving.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication with technical and business resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of information security solutions.

• Evaluate, test, and integrate new security controls, settings and security tools.

• Educate and mentor team members and operations staff.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Job Purpose

The Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineering is responsible for creating and maintaining the information security tooling and infrastructure for endpoints or servers on-prem, in the Cloud, or in containers. This individual works as part of a results-oriented, service-delivery team and assists other disciplines within the Information Security team. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Engineering Engineer performs root cause analysis of problems, selects, develops, and implements automation tools, and actively participates in deeply technical discourse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of information security solutions
• Tune and design systems infrastructure for security and enhancements
