Job summary

Security 1st Consulting seeks a Project Manager and Engagement Lead to keep the NNPS engagement on time, within scope and budget. You will coordinate senior testers and specialists, manage the client relationship, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active PMP or equivalent cybersecurity certifications are required or preferred.
• 3+ years managing technical projects or client engagements in cybersecurity or government contracting.
• Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of senior testers and specialists to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain client relationships and produce clear written status reports.
• Lead kickoff, close-out, and final report presentations with NNPS leadership and IT staff.
• Manage post-delivery consultation period (8–16 hours) within 30–60 days after final report.
• Review and approve all deliverable reports for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure subcontractor work and certifications are completed before on-site work.
