Job summary

Go Security Pro, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Project Manager for our cybersecurity consulting practice. You will oversee client engagements from initiation to delivery, develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, act as the main client contact, and coordinate with internal consultants and vendors to ensure quality and on-time results.

The role requires PMP certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least three years of project management experience in technology

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in technology, cybersecurity, IT consulting, software implementation, or related field.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity consulting services, risk management, compliance programs, or information security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity consulting engagements from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, resource allocations, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate activities among internal consultants, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors as necessary.
• Monitor project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Work closely with technical teams supporting cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and virtual CISO engagements.
• Ensure that project objectives are delivered on time and meet company and client expectations for quality.
• Identify project risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and provide reporting to company leadership and client stakeholders.
• Provide executive administrative support to company leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, and follow-up on key priorities.
